2. Products & Descriptions
We take care to ensure all descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. Where exact items are unavailable, we may make thoughtful substitutions of equal or higher value.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed securely via our website. Payments are processed using secure third-party providers. We accept most major credit and debit cards.
Orders are only confirmed once full payment is received.
4. Delivery

We deliver fresh flowers locally (within 25 miles of Rugeley).

National delivery is available for artificial and dried arrangements.

Delivery costs and options will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect details.

For same-day or urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Click & Collect
Collection from our Rugeley shop is available. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
6. Returns & Refunds
Fresh Flowers:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours.
Artificial/Dried Products & Gifts:
You have 14 days from delivery to return non-perishable items in their original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving returned items.
7. Workshops & Events

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund.

If we cancel a workshop (e.g. due to illness or low numbers), you’ll receive a full refund or option to rebook.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (images, text, branding) is the property of Fine Flowers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or delays in delivery beyond our control.
